1. About the Site
The Site provides general information about ZanBolt’s services, including business process automation and software, app and AI product development. It is not an offer that can be accepted online.
2. Projects and services
Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement) signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with anything on the Site, the agreement prevails.
Descriptions of services, timelines, examples and illustrations on the Site are for general guidance only. Example figures, dashboards, animations and product names are illustrative and do not represent specific client results.
3. Using the Site

- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or data;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, including by sending spam or automated submissions; or

Ideas and project details you share are treated as confidential business information, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before detailed discussions. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the ZanBolt name and brand, and design, belong to ZanBolt Technologies or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not reuse its content without our written permission.
Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project agreement.

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we aim to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZanBolt is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where ZanBolt Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
